Role:
Candidate requires a specialized set of skills that blend cybersecurity expertise with an
understanding of transformational programs, military operations, strategic defense, and national security concerns.
Advanced Technical expertise required to advise on the following areas:
• Network Defense and Security
• Advanced Threat Hunting
• Military grade encryption and cryptography
• Incident Response, cyber espionage and post-attack forensic investigations.
• Cyber operations tool such as Cyber Command’s Unified Platform or Joint Cyber Command
and Control (JCC2)
• SCADA and Critical Infrastructure Protection: Expertise in protecting critical military

• A Subject Matter Expert with experience (more than 20 years) in facilities management, facilities

Job Context. The Programme Manager will lead and oversee the transformation of the National Training Centre (NTC) for the UAE Ministry of Defence (MOD). 8. Education. Ideally Engr or Science first degree, but experience and rank could be used in lieu. Military personnel must have attended senior staff training. Masters’ Degree is a bonus.
