General Requirement / Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in making decisions related to defense resources of developing forces structure.
- Experience in military bases and cities planning, development and sustainability.
- Experience in developing defense capabilities.
- Experience in defense budgeting.
- Experience in planning and analyzing infrastructure.
- Experience in developing the doctrine.
- Experience in developing defense policies and strategies.
- Experience in force structure and making decisions related to defense resources.
- Experience in portfolio management.
- Experience in planning, programs, budget and implementation system.
- Experience in operations research.
- Experience in modelling, simulations, war gaming (to support capability and force structure planning/ making decisions related to defense resources).
- Experience in data integration and analysis.
- Minimum degree is bachelor.
- No less than 5 years of experience.
SME in the RSASF domain (1)
- A former senior military officer (or civilian equivalent) from a benchmark country with more than 30 years of in-depth experience covering a wide range of Air and Space Forces areas.
- A proven commander with experience in senior positions in the organization of the Air and Space Forces.
- Proven leader with experience as an Air and Space Force officer while working in a Joint Forces environment.
- Transformation and development experience, excellent communication skills, good manners and humility.
- Salary SAR 65,000 monthly (SAR 660,000 annual)/ USD 14,666 (USD 176,000 annual)
- 12 months, renewable contract

Business Centre Manager
Role: Multiple locations as UK and Germany
Full Time: 5 days per week.
Location: On site.
Salary: £30k - £38k (depending on experience).
Holidays: 25 leave days per year plus public holidays.
