Role:
Program, set and record CNC CMM reports and manual CMM reports
Record all checks performed on appropriate documentation
Support production personnel in resolving quality and measurement issues
Deploy quality tools such as “Root cause analysis” in resolving issues
Communicate and Liaise with Production to promote ‘Right First Time’ and promote continuous improvement
Adhere to Customer quality Requirements
Generate and Manage Documentation as required
Ensure the timely sign off of Product release to Sub-Con Processes ready of dispatch
Provide Advice to Managers on quality related matters and ensure agreed tasks and Objectives are met
Perform quality checks across all sites: first offs, in process frequency and stage checks, last offs, pre & post subcontract, supplier checks, final release checks, visual assessment and burr free checks
Assist in the Maintenance and Management of the Calibration System
Commit to protect CPL customers product with respect to quality
Ensure all product released by the company conforms to the requirements specified

• Advise and support the General Director of Supplies and Services and his team on the
transformation and development of the department.
• Develop a guideline to gather, recognise and define non-military supplies (big data analysis).
• Develop a guideline to gather, recognise and define ammunition and weapons supplies (big data

• Provide consultation for any SS staff such as strategic plans, templates and developing purchasing
category.
Responsibilities:
The Senior Adviser will undertake the following priority tasks, as well as any others identified by the General
Director (GD):
• Support and advise the GD and his team on the implementation of the MOD change programme with

• Examine extant Supplies and Services structures and processes and recommend changes and
improvements.

• Providing consultations on five-year and ten-year financial plans and contributing to planning the future finance needs of the General Administration of Information Technology.

Role:
• A Subject Matter Expert in procurement operations across contract management, requisitioning,
inventory, supply management, FMS.
• Must have experience in contract development, framework agreements, contract negotiations, project implementation, inventory management, and invoicing.
• Must have an ERP experience in all appropriate procurements areas (such as POS, RFI, RFQ, RFP, Framework agreements), and able to work in developing such systems for the departments.
• Must be able to clearly deliver training (in English) on all areas of procurements.
• A subject Matter Expert in Government to Government Contracts and agreements.
• Having the background knowledge of the Saudi Government Tendering and Procurements Law
would be an advantage.
